Frequently asked questions

Is my progress saved if I delete the app?
Yes — your coins, stats, streaks and themes sync to your private iCloud. After reinstalling on the same Apple ID, tap “Restore My Progress” when prompted (give iCloud a few seconds to sync).

I bought coins / Remove Ads but don't see them.
Open the Coin Store and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and restore across your devices. If it still doesn't appear, email us with the date of purchase.

How do I remove ads?
Buy “Remove Ads” in the Coin Store — it's a one-time purchase that disables all forced ads and adds bonus perks. Optional reward ads remain available only if you choose to watch them.

Are ads or purchases required to play?
No. SudokuWoo is fully playable for free and works offline. Coins and Remove Ads are optional.

How do achievements work?
Achievements track milestones like wins, streaks and perfect games. You can view them in-app, and they also sync to Apple's Game Center.

How do I change the theme?
Open Themes from the main menu. Free themes are always available; others can be unlocked with coins.
