Terms of Use

SudokuWoo · Last updated: June 2, 2026

These terms govern your use of SudokuWoo. By downloading or using the app you agree to them, together with Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use SudokuWoo for your own entertainment on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the App Store Terms of Service and Apple's standard EULA.

Virtual items & purchases

Coins and other in-app items are a licence to use digital content within the app — they have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to tamper with, reverse-engineer, or exploit the app — including its purchase, coin, or ad systems — except to the extent the law permits.

Disclaimer & liability

SudokuWoo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory local law.

Apple's standard EULA

Unless we provide a custom agreement, your use of SudokuWoo is also covered by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
