Is my progress saved if I delete the app?
Yes — your coins, stats, streaks, themes and event progress sync to your private iCloud. After reinstalling on the same Apple Account, tap “Restore My Progress” when prompted (give iCloud a few seconds to sync).
I bought Remove Ads, the Starter Pack or an event pass but don't see it.
Open the Coin Store and tap Restore Purchases. One-time purchases are tied to your Apple Account and restore on all your devices.
I bought coins but my balance looks wrong.
Coins can't be restored with Restore Purchases (Apple only restores one-time purchases); they come back with your iCloud progress. Make sure you're signed in to iCloud with the same Apple Account, then reopen the app. If they're still missing, email us with the date of purchase.
How do I remove ads?
Buy “Remove Ads” (or the Starter Pack, which includes it) in the Coin Store. It's a one-time purchase that stops banners and full-screen ads and adds bonus perks. Optional reward ads stay available only if you choose to watch them.
Are ads or purchases required to play?
No. Sudoku Woo is fully playable for free and works offline. Coins and purchases are optional.
Can I play a Daily Challenge I missed?
Yes — open Past Puzzles from the home screen. Replays are practice: they don't change your streak or the leaderboards.
What is a Streak Freeze?
It protects your Daily Challenge streak if you miss a day. You can hold up to five; buy them in the Coin Store or earn them from rewards.
How do I add the widget?
Touch and hold your Home Screen, tap Edit ▸ Add Widget, and choose Sudoku Woo. The Home Screen widget is a playable 4×4 Sudoku; the Lock Screen widget shows your Daily Challenge streak.
How do I change the theme?
Open Themes from the main menu. Free themes are always available; others unlock with coins, come with the Starter Pack, or are earned in seasonal events.
How do seasonal events work?
During an event like Hallow Fortnight, Daily Challenges, Medium-or-harder wins and Pumpkin Grids earn candy that moves you along a reward track. Rewards you reach can be claimed until 7 days after the event ends.
How do achievements and leaderboards work?
Achievements track milestones like wins, streaks and perfect games. You can view them in the app, and they sync to Apple's Game Center along with the Daily Challenge, Weekly Tournament and Total Score leaderboards.
How do I turn reminders on or off?
Use the Daily reminder and Weekly Tournament nudge switches in the app's Settings, or iOS Settings ▸ Notifications ▸ Sudoku Woo.
How do I change my ad privacy choices?
In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, open Settings ▸ Privacy Options (Ads) in the app. Everywhere, iOS Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Tracking controls personalised ads.
How do I delete my data?
