Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Sudoku Woo, an app published by Dumitru Rogojinaru ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to them, together with Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Sudoku Woo, including its widgets, for your own entertainment on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the App Store Terms of Service and Apple's standard EULA.

Virtual items

Coins, themes, Streak Freezes, hint and extra-life tokens, event candy and other in-app items are a licence to use digital content within the app. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred or sold.

Purchases

• Coin packs are consumable: the coins are added to your balance when the purchase completes. Your balance syncs through iCloud with the rest of your progress. Consumables cannot be brought back with "Restore Purchases".
• Remove Ads is a one-time purchase that stops forced ads (banners and full-screen ads) and adds bonus perks described in the Coin Store. Optional reward ads stay available if you choose to watch them. You can restore it on any device signed in to the same Apple Account with "Restore Purchases".
• The Starter Pack is a one-time offer that includes Remove Ads, a theme and a one-time grant of coins, as described in the Coin Store. The Remove Ads and theme parts can be restored; the coins are granted once.
• Seasonal event passes (such as the Hallow Fortnight pass) are one-time purchases for a single event. The theme shown as included with the pass is granted when you buy it. Other pass rewards are earned by playing during the event and can be claimed until 7 days after it ends. A pass for a past event cannot be used for a later one.

All payments are handled by Apple, and refunds are requested through Apple. Except where required by law or Apple's policies, purchases are non-refundable.

Seasonal events & changes to the game

Events run for a limited time shown in the app. Event candy and progress apply only to that event. We may add, change, rebalance or end features, prices, events and virtual items as the game evolves, but we will not take away an item you have paid for or earned, except where required by law or these terms.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to tamper with, reverse-engineer, or exploit the app — including its purchase, coin, event, leaderboard or ad systems, or by changing your device's clock to gain rewards — except to the extent the law permits. We may remove rewards or scores obtained this way.

Game Center

Leaderboards and achievements are provided through Apple's Game Center and are subject to Apple's terms. Your scores are visible to other players under your Game Center name.

Disclaimer & liability

Sudoku Woo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory local law, including consumer-protection law.

Apple's standard EULA

Unless we provide a custom agreement, your use of Sudoku Woo is also covered by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
